Amrita Tahiliani Joshi
CEO
Amrita’s global services experience spans the entire spectrum
of roles, from buyer to consultant to service provider. Prior to founding
Ahilia, Amrita was a partner at Conscient Partners where Amrita assisted
Tier 1 and 2 services providers with their marketing strategy and execution.
Amrita has also served as the President of EA CAP, a Malaysian-based
IT services firm. EA CAP services ranged from ERP implementations to
Hosting, specializing in the government, non-profit and education sectors.
Prior to joining EA CAP, Amrita was a Director at neoIT, a leading a
Global Sourcing Advisory and Consulting firm. As VP of Global Sourcing
at IndyMac Bank, a pioneer in mortgage process offshoring, Amrita led
the BPO offshoring initiative going through the entire life cycle including
process assessment, sourcing, transition and ongoing management. Amrita’s
prior roles also include Consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture)
and Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston. Amrita
graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCLA with BA in Business Economics and received her MBA with Honors from the Anderson School of Management
at UCLA.
Rita Terdiman
Director
Rita has over 30 years of experience in IT Services, holding IT positions
in a number of industries; companies include Gartner, Citicorp, KPMG,
American Express and Time Warner. Rita was a VP and research analyst
at Gartner for 14+ years -- as the first outsourcing analyst and later
as the first global sourcing analyst and a leader of their offshore
services offering. Rita has supported large enterprises across the entire
sourcing lifecycle, ranging from strategic advice on global sourcing,
including issues such as internal readiness and the creation of a risk
mitigation framework, to best practices and optimization around the
enterprise' execution of their offshore strategy and operations. She
has been a regular speaker on global outsourcing and her research has
been widely quoted in such leading media as Business Week, New York
Times, CIO Magazine, CNN and CNBC. Rita has been engaged in many sourcing
projects with various global corporations in IT Outsourcing. She also
has provided strategic and tactical planning assistance to various offshore
vendors and countries involved with the global delivery model. Rita
earned a BS in Mathematics from Rutgers University and a MS in Electrical
Engineering with Honors from Columbia University.
Allisson M. Butler
Director
Allisson focuses on assisting Global ITO and BPO service
providers develop and execute effective communications and marketing
strategies. During her career she has been instrumental in helping
organizations achieve optimum results through effective marketing.
Prior to joining Ahilia, Allisson was a senior executive at neoIT,
a leading a leading a global sourcing advisory and consulting firm.
As the Marketing Director, she led the firm’s branding efforts, lead
generation, global marketing and communications efforts. While at
neoIT, she was also part of the team that wrote, edited and published
two industry-leading publications – The Services Globalization
Handbook and The Offshore Nation. Allisson began her career with
Cardinal Health (NYSE:CAH) in the International Business Development
Group. Allisson has a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State
University and has completed the Services Marketing Executive
Education Program at Arizona State University.
