Amrita Tahiliani Joshi, Founder & Chairman

Amrita's experience spans the entire spectrum of roles, from buyer, to consultant, to service provider in technology, finance and global services companies. After having been in the outsourcing industry for a decade, Amrita founded Ahilia in 2007 with the goal of helping global services and technology companies create differentiated market identities, develop go-to-market strategies, and help transform those strategies into effective marketing programs. Prior to founding Ahilia, Amrita was a partner at Conscient Partners where she assisted Tier 1 and 2 services providers with their marketing strategy and execution. Amrita has also served as a Director at Neo Group (formerly neoIT), a leading a global sourcing advisory firm, where she helped buyers develop their global outsourcing strategy and manage their vendor selection process. As VP of Global Sourcing at IndyMac Bank, a pioneer in mortgage process offshoring, Amrita led the BPO offshoring initiative going through the entire life cycle including process assessment, sourcing, transition and ongoing management. Amrita’s other roles include Consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston, and President of EA CAP, a Malaysian-based IT services firm. Amrita graduated Magna Cum Laude from UCLA with BA in Business Economics and received her MBA with Honors from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
